Agency Services
- Entrance & Clearance of Vessel
- Arrange berth, pilot, tugboat and mooring gangs
- Liaise with cargo receivers for the assignment of stevedores
- Closely supervise and monitor operations and send up-dates to owners for their information and guidance
Our long years of experience in almost all the major and remote ports in the Philippines make us fully capable of attending to all your ship’s requirements. We are familiar with the restrictions of the ports, their peculiarities and the service providers. Obtaining clearances would also be expedited thru our thorough knowledge of port rules and regulations, tariff, as well as our long association with the authorities.
Husbandry Services
- Bunkering services. Obtain bunkering permit and liaison with the supplier in a timely manner to enable ship receive bunker while in port.
- Cash to Master. Transfer of Cash to Master in a safe and economical way.
- Victualing / Provisions. We are familiar with suppliers at various ports who are known for quality items at reasonable prices.
- Change Crew. We are knowledgeable of the required documentation and manner of movements anywhere in the Philippines thus ensure prompt disembarking / embarking of crew members. We also provide “meet and greet” services for crew and any other persons who have interests on the vessel.
- Attendance to Sick Crew Member / Medical Evacuation. Thoroughly experienced in attending to sick crew members, be alongside the berth or meeting a ship at outside port limits (OPL).
- Ship Spares Delivery. we clear the cargo from Customs (airport or the port) and deliver them on board the vessel calling at any port in the Philippines
